MK AAA+ Wild Agarwood 108 Mala

The Merauke Regency is located in the southeastern part of Papua Province, Indonesia. It has an area of 36,000 square kilometres and a population of around 200,000 people. The regency is bordered by the Timor Sea to the south, the Arafura Sea to the north, and the Papuan provinces of Papua Barat to the west and Papua New Guinea to the east. The regency's capital is the town of Merauke.

The landscape of the Merauke Regency is dominated by forests, which cover around 80% of the total area. The most common tree species in the area are eucalyptus, sago palm, bamboo and the Aquilaria trees.

Many years ago, we are fortunate enough to get a small branch of Agarwood. And yes, we make some malas and Agarwood Bracelets out of this log.

This rare 108 Mala is made from one of the most precious wood in the Merauke region: Wild Agarwood. With an average 9mm diameter of each bead and a total weight of 32 grams, which means it is 10g higher than the average mala on the market of this size. The MK AAA+ is nice to have if you are an Agarwood collector.
